It contains palmitic acid (10-15%), oleic acid (42-50%) and linoleic acid (29-37%). It is a mild, lightly nutty smelling light-yellow oil. It has a high content of protective vitamin-E and antioxidants. It protects the skin from harmful environmental effects and skin aging. It makes callused skin smoother and helps with neurodermitis, itching and irritated skin. It strengthen and purify the connective tissue. It is available in cold pressed and deodorized form.
