Cellulose (and) Ethyl 2-Hydroxyethyl Ether. STRUCTURE® CEL 8000 M by Nouryon is a rheology modifier. It offers a range of viscosity building capabilities and shear thinning rheology. Display considerable salt tolerance, demonstrates improved wet combing, wet feel and dry combing properties in a typical hair conditioner. Also, used in skin care to reduce tackiness, enhances texture, foam properties, costablize emulsions, improve the sensory aesthetics of a typical moisturizer base, provide natural film formation properties. STRUCTURE® CEL 8000 M is used in creams, lotions, skin care gels, sun care, after sun products, shampoos, hand sanitizers, hand soaps, body wash, personal and facial cleansers, styling aids and wipes.
