Quaternium-18 (74-77%) (and) Isopropyl Alcohol (15-20%). ARQUAD® PC 2HT-75 by Nouryon is a conditioning agent. It is a di-alkyl quaternary based on tallow fatty acids. It provides exceptional detangling and wet & dry combing properties. Offers luxurious hair feel. It also leaves hair soft and silky without build-up and greasy feel. This ingredient also works well on both damaged and healthy hair. ARQUAD® PC 2HT-75 should be utilized in the following areas: leave-in and rinse-off conditioners, combing creams, deep conditioners, and hair masks.
