Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate (100%). Amisoft® CS-11(F) by Ajinomoto acts as a weakly acidic, mild, gentle, anionic surfactant. Possesses moisturizing and foaming properties. It is derived from L-glutamic acid and natural fatty acids. It is highly biodegradable and hypoallergenic grade. It is a gentle cleanser for hair, without leaving a dry and coarse feel. Amisoft® CS-11(F) is used in shampoos, soap bars, facial cleansing foams and liquid cleansers. Provides an excellent solution for sulfate-free product applications. It forms excellent cream and paste-type surfactant systems. It is a COSMOS-certified natural ingredient.
