Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate (100%). Amisoft® CS-11 by Ajinomoto acts as a weakly acidic, mild, gentle, anionic surfactant. Possesses moisturizing and foaming properties. It is used in shampoos, soap bars, facial cleansing foams, and liquid cleansers.

It is obtained from plant derived L-glutamic acid and natural fatty acids.
It is highly biodegradable and hypoallergenic grade.
It is a gentle cleanser for hair, without leaving a dry and coarse feel. It forms excellent cream and paste-type surfactant systems.
It offers an excellent solution for sulfate-free product applications.
Amisoft® CS-11 is a COSMO-certified natural ingredient.
