It is neutral, stable, creamy, non-sticky, slightly tacky, mineral oil-free and pure. It is obtained from blending highly hydrogenated products. It glides easily and offers matt & velvety finish. Moreover, it medium high oil absorption capacity, medium fiber ductility, very smooth texture & homogeneity, high gloss, medium spreading and medium absorption.
