Citrullus Lanatus Seed Oil. Kalahari Melon Seed Oil by Afrinatural Holdings acts as a moisturizing, emollient and restructuring agent. It is obtained from the seeds of Kalahari Melon. This oil is rich in omega 6 and 9 essential fatty acids and has a high phytosterol content with nearly 2% unsaponifiables. It is quick absorbing, light, penetrating, non-greasy, moisturizing emollient oil. It is stable to oxidation in comparison to conventional oils. This is primarily due to the high ?-tocopherol content. It restores elasticity of mature skin and dissolves sebum build-up allowing the sebum to wash away. It is a good alternative to olive, argan and almond oils.
