EmulsiPure® RTCE by AE Chemie is a multi-functional room temperature processable cationic emulsifier, thickener & stabilizer. It is PEG-free, palm-oil free, biodegradable and is an energy cost-saver and manufacturing or production time-saver. EmulsiPure® RTCE is used in cationic creams & lotions, hair conditioners and fabric softeners.
