Ethyl Perfluorobutyl Ether (and) Ethyl Perfluoroisobutyl Ether. AE CosmoFluor® 76 by AE Chemie acts as a foam booster, cleansing agent and fragrance enhancer. It can be mixed with emollient to improve spreading and gives a clean, non-greasy feeling. It is non-VOC, safe and stable in emulsions. It allows faster blooming of fragrances. It removes light oils and leaves a cool fresh sensation on the skin. It provides fast drying, self-foaming and alcohol replacement. AE CosmoFluor® 76 is used in skin- and hair care applications.
