Polyglyceryl-3 Oleate (and) Polyglyceryl-10 Mono/Dioleate. Caprol® MPGO by Abitec Corporation acts an emulsifier, solubilizer and foam enhancer. It prevents agglomeration in several cosmetic applications including physical sun screen agents. Caprol® MPGO is used in lotions, creams and rinse-off products.
