Andisil® PXL 2460

Hydrogen Diphenyl Dimethicone. Andisil® PXL 2460 by AB Specialty Silicones is phenyl modified fluid. It is recommended for use as a surface treatment modifier in pigment coatings. This high refractive index ingredient can be used in systems that require siloxane organic solubilizing agents. In skin care products, it offers cushion, film forming, lubrication, organic compatibility, skin protectant, spreadability, wash off resistance and tack reduction. It is suitable for clear formulations and pigment coatings. Also, increases shine and gloss in color cosmetics. Andisil® PXL 2460 finds application in antiperspirant & deodorant and sun care products. The shelf life of this ingredient is 12 months.
