Zea Mays Oil. PARYOL 231 M/R by A&A Fratelli Parodi acts as an anti-static, emollient, emulsifying, hair & skin conditioning agent, solvent and surfactant. It is the refined fixed oil obtained from wet milling of the Corn and refined by means of bleaching, decoloring, deodorizing and winterizing. It consists primarily of the glycerides of the fatty acids linoleic, oleic, palmitic and stearic. It is a highly stable oil with low acid and peroxide values. PARYOL 231 M/R is suggested for use in skin care and hair care formulations.
