DAMASCONE BETA

2-Buten-1-one, 1-(2,6,6-trimethyl-1-cyclohexen-1-yl)-, (E)-. Acts as a fragrance ingredient. It has a very powerful fruity floral note. DAMASCONE BETA is a complex odor of rose, plum, blackcurrant, wine and tobacco. Provides a very distinctive character to any perfume. It is particularly valuable in rose but has also interesting effects in florals, woody, herbal, aldehydic and fruity perfumes. Contains 0.05% of tocopherol alpha as stabilizer. It shows tenacity for 2 days on a smelling strip. It is used in fine fragrances, shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc.
