BELSIL® eco REG 1102

Dimethicone (and) Dimethicone/Vinyltrimethylsiloxysilicate Crosspolymer. BELSIL® eco REG 1102 by Wacker is a thickener and acts as a carrier for fragrances. It delivers a smooth application, allows a slow release of the fragrance and exhibits shear-thinning behavior. It allows for formulation of cosmetic products to spread easily during application and facilitates the incorporation of pigments into a formulation. This elastomer gel is a non-emulsifying silicone copolymer network blended with a non-volatile, low viscosity dimethicone, based on renewable raw materials according to TÜV NORD standard REDcert². It provides very pleasant sensory property, long lasting non-tacky film and improves the water & transfer resistance. It forms a water-repellant film on the skin. This transparent gel is easy to distribute on skin and gives a unique silky feel. BELSIL® eco REG 1102 is used in eye- & lip make-up, foundation and skin- & sun care products.
