PEG-12 Dimethicone. AC-193 by SOHO ANECO Chemicals is a safe, water-soluble silicone oil, with good moisturizing, foam-stabilizing and conditioning capacity. It shows good compatibility with other ingredients. This ingredient offers no irritation to skin, good foam stability and lubricative effect. It can be used as hair conditioner to provide hair a silky feel, also used as a skin emollient. AC-193 is widely applied in 2 in 1 shampoo, styling product, body wash, soap, shaving product, facial cleanser, skin lotion, make-up foundation and antiperspirant. The shelf life of this ingredient is 24 months.
