Hydrogenated Lecithin (60%) (and) Phytosterols (and) Ceramide NG (and) Ceramide NP. Phytopresome™ Cera-23 by NIPPON FINE CHEMICAL is an emollient with penetration & barrier function properties and lamellar forming ability. This ceramide formulated ingredient is a complex of phospholipids, plant derived ingredients and ceramide NG & ceramide NP. A high stability liposome solution containing ceramides can be easily achieved. This liposome precursor helps to produce stable liposome fluid easily. The phospholipids and phytosterol improves damaged skin. It provides rich moisturizing texture. Phytopresome™ Cera-23 is used in cosmetic ingredients. It is composed only of JSQI listed ingredients. It is listed in IECIC 2014.
