Macadamia Ternifolia Seed Oil. SCB MACADAMIA OIL by Lucas Meyer Cosmetics (IFF) is a dry emollient, excellent skin conditioner and protectant. This preservative-free ingredient provides dry, velvet-soft skin feel. It is obtained from cold pressed kernels of macadamia ternifolia. This versatile natural cosmetic oil exhibits excellent oxidative stability and nourishing properties. It offers enhanced softening effect and good lubricity. It leaves on the skin a surprising light despite its viscosity and presence during spreading. It is over 80% mono-unsaturated and contains high content of palmitoleic acid (cishexadec- 9-enoic acid). It nourishes the skin & hair and prevents water loss. It is a good complement to mature skin. SCB MACADAMIA OIL is used in skin-, anti-aging-, hair-, sun-, lip- & baby care products. Also, used in massage & baby oil, make-up & pigment disperser, soap bars and aromatherapy-carrier for essential oils. It is China compliant.
