Dicaprylyl/Capryl Sebacate. HALLGREEN® CCS by Hallstar is an emollient, lubricant and resin plasticizer. This plant derived/vegetable-based ingredient possesses modification/enhancement as well as gloss/shine enhancement. It delivers a light oily feel to skin immediately after application, but soon thereafter provides a lubricious, somewhat cushiony & afterfeel. HALLGREEN® CCS is used in antiperspirants, bath additives, beach wear sun- & daily wear sun care, deodorants, facial skin care, hair conditioners, hand & body care, shower gels/body washes as well as styling aids.
