HALLBRITE® PSF

Undecylcrylene Dimethicone. HALLBRITE® PSF by Hallstar is an emollient, substantivity aid and detackifying agent. This organomodified silicone offers feel modification/enhancement properties and improves the feel and spreadability of sunscreen formulations. It is made by grafting a cyano diphenyl acrylate moiety onto a polysiloxane backbone. The resulting polymer provides formulations with superior organic compatibility, anti-whitening benefits, and enhanced water resistance. It may also aid in dispersing metal oxides such as titanium dioxide, zinc oxide and iron oxides. HALLBRITE® PSF is used in beach wear & daily wear sun care and facial color cosmetics.
