Polyquaternium-67. SoftCAT™ SL 60 by Dow cationic water-soluble, substantive conditioner. It acts as a deposition agent, film former and a thickener. It offers improved wet-, dry comb and feel, substantivity and compatibility with wide range of surfactants. It possesses non-irritating and moisturizing properties. SoftCAT™ SL 60 enables crystal clear formulations and enhanced silicone deposition in two-in-one formulations. It is used in hair care products.
