DOWSIL™ 9591 Cosmetic Powder Dispersion

Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Polysilicone-11. DOWSIL™ 9591 Cosmetic Powder Dispersion is a mixture of high molecular weight silicone elastomer in cyclopentasiloxane. It provides matte look with reduced tackiness and silky, dry, smooth & light powdery feel. Moreover, it offers line blurring, sebum absorption and easy formulation. It can be incorporated into anhydrous, oil-in-water or water-in-oil emulsion systems. DOWSIL™ 9591 Cosmetic Powder Dispersion finds application in formulating color cosmetics and skin-care products. The shelf life of the product is 18 months.
