Phenyl Trimethicone. SilCare® Silicone 15M50 by Clariant is an organo-modified silicone that offers gloss, sheen, softness, smoothness and better spreading/efficacy of UV absorbers. It acts as a compatibilizer and a carrier fluid. It can reduce white residue & tackiness, adds emoliency and is a water barrier. It is used in hair care products, antiperspirant actives, skin-care, decorative cosmetics and sun-tan lotions.
