Nipagin® A Sodium

Sodium Ethylparaben (100%). Nipagin® A Sodium by Clariant is a preservative. It provides a broad spectrum of activity against bacteria & fungi. It is a short-chain paraben in sodium salt form.
  • It offers low order of toxicity and stability over a broad pH-range.
  • It exhibits effectiveness at low concentrations.
  • It shows good biodegradability at environmental concentrations.
  • Used in hair conditioners, color cosmetics, antiperspirants & deodorants, bar- and liquid soaps.
  • Also used for shampoos, showers, sun protection and hair styling products.
  • Nipagin® A Sodium is recommended for wet wipes, syndets, creams and lotions.
