Hostapon® CGN

Aqua (66.5%) (and) Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate (32.7%) (and) Isopropyl Alcohol (0.8%). Hostapon® CGN by Clariant is a preservative-free, mild, anionic surfactant based on a natural amino acid and coconut oil. It is a plant-based and cold-processable co-emulsifier.

• It gives an excellent skin feel in shower gels, facial and body washes.
• It shows good foaming behaviour and viscosity-reducing effect.
• It contains no salt and no propylene glycol.
• Exhibits surface and interfacial activity and reduces water & energy consumption at the end consumer level due to easy rinse-off.
• It also exhibits characteristics such as good skin compatibility, biodegradability and pleasant feel on the skin.
• It provides no irritation, no tears and no damage to skin lipids.
• Hostapon® CGN is used in special shampoos & bubble baths, cream & lotions, wet wipes and liquid soaps.
• Also used in ultra-mild formulations, hair styling and intimate cleansers.
