Dimethicone (and) Laureth-4 (and) Laureth-23 (and) Salicylic Acid. BRB 9719 by BRB International BV is an effective polydimethylsiloxane-based non-ionic emulsifier and conditioning agent. It imparts conditioning to hair, reducing wet & dry combing effects. This ingredient provides pleasant non-tacky, luxuriant soft silky feel for skin. It shows good stability and excellent compatibility with nonionic, cationic and anionic surfactants. It is easy to formulate. BRB 9719 finds application in shower gels and hair care products (shampoos, rinse-off & leave-in conditioners like hair treatments and hair masks).
