Bis-PEG-12 Dimethicone. Andisil® SP 4414B by AB Specialty Silicones is polyether copolymer-based emulsifying, surface tension reducer, wetting and co-solubilizing agent. It is recommended for skin care applications where lubricity and softness are desired. In hair care applications, it is recommended where shine, conditioning & foam boosting properties are desired. Also, offers supple feel. This ingredient offers foam stabilization, moisturization, organic compatibility, skin protectant, spreadability and tack reduction in skin care products. It is suitable for clear formulations. Andisil® SP 4414B is used in creams & lotions, cleansers, color cosmetics, sun care, antiperspirant/deodorant and shaving products. Also, used in shampoos, styling treatments and leave-in conditioners. The shelf life of this ingredient is 12 months.
