Andisil® SP 1001

Cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 Dimethicone. Andisil® SP 1001 by AB Specialty Silicones is a 50% concentrate, formaldehyde-free, silicone-based, emulsifier. It provides excellent stability and organic compatibility. This ingredient improves aesthetics and reduces surface tension. Also, provides soft, silky feel to the end product. In skin care products, it offers cushion, skin protectant, moisturizing, film forming properties, organic compatibility, wash off resistance, water repellency and wetting properties. Whereas in hair care products, it displays dilution stability and improved wet combing. Andisil® SP 1001 is used in W/O cream & lotion formulations, sun care protection, hair care formulations, antiperspirant/deodorant, color cosmetics, serums, sun care and shaving products. Also, used in shampoos, leave-in & rinse-off conditioners and styling treatments. The shelf life of this ingredient is 12 months.
