Andisil® SF 1.5

Dimethicone. Andisil® SF 1.5 by AB Specialty Silicones is a linear siloxane-based volatile active carrier. It is recommended for fast volatility. In hair care products, it improves wet combing. It is used as delivery agent for hair care actives. Whereas, in skin care products, it offers lubrication and spreadability. It is suitable for clear formulations. It mimics the properties of cyclic siloxanes providing emolliency and water resistance to lotions and creams. Andisil® SF 1.5 is used in shampoos, leave-in & rinse-off conditioners, styling treatment, antiperspirant/deodorant, cleansers, color cosmetics, serums and sun care applications. The shelf life of this ingredient is 12 months.
