Croda has unveiled four new effect pigments that will form the new Ultra Colour Travel Series, as part of the Moonshine Effect Pigment product range. The range showcases interference, single color, metallic and color travel effects.
Particle Size Creates Ultra-Sparkle Effect
The four new pigments combine the striking color of the Ultra Effect Series with the exceptional color-changing properties of the Color Travel Series, resulting in transformative pigments that take inspiration from the digital realm. Being futuristic, bold colors are ideal for the creation of eye-catching cosmetic formulations.
The new effect pigments within this series have a bulk color tone (available in red, pink and blue), but reveal multiple colors as the light hits the pigments at different angles, producing dynamic color-shifting effects. The particle size creates a dazzling ultra-sparkle effect, and the four pigments each possess different color combinations to add prismatic intrigue and holographic appearances to any formulation.
