CLR-new-data-skin-microbiota CLR Chemisches Laboratorium Dr. Kurt Richter GmbH has announced new test results for its cosmetic active ProRenew Complex CLR™. ProRenew Complex CLR™ is used in skin care and obtained from a lysate of gram positive bacterial species Lactococcus lactis, which is fermented under special conditions of catabolic repression.

Supports & Protects Skin Microbiota

  • It is a postbiotic ingredient which improves and accelerates the epidermal renewal processes.
  • It improves skin resurfacing and skin barrier function.
  • Independent studies showed that it stabilizes skin surface pH and positively influences the skin hydration level.
  • ProRenew Complex CLR™ positive effects on overall skin health were also proven in an elaborate in vivo study where its activity on the skin microbiota was determined with 16S rRNA gene sequencing.
  • It also supports and protects the skin microbiota against daily stresses.

ProRenew Complex CLR™ enables the skin microbiota to regain and maintain its healthy balance quicker and more effectively.
