Botanical Soothing Toner is a clear dewdrop-like Dew Comforting ™ formulation that stabilizes panthenol in liquids. Fluid is a concentrated Dew Wrapping ™ formulation containing Centella ingredients that instantly turn into a supple texture and gently wraps and protects skin with silky moisture and nutrients.
