Omya has reached an agreement to acquire Kinetik Technologies Inc., a specialty natural ingredients distributor located in Hazlet, NJ, US. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Strengthens Position in Natural Cosmetics
The company accomplishes another important milestone with this acquisition. Omya strengthens its position in the global consumer market as well as emphasize on its own portfolio of specialty minerals and cellulosic spheres.
