New Halal Skincare BrandFlora & Noor, a black- and Muslim-owned skin care brand, has launched a line of halal skin care. The new halal skincare brand is making waves in the skincare industry for curating vegan and cruelty-free products.

Targets Melanin-rich Skin

With a heavy focus on clean beauty and skincare, it only seems right to look in the direction of halal beauty products because one, they are super mindful about their ingredients and two, it is time to make skincare more inclusive.

When doing research on the halal skincare market, most Muslim-owned halal skincare brands from the Middle East or Asia do not have ingredients and formulations that target the concerns of those with melanin rich skin nor are they marketed to us," said founder Jordan Karim.

"My hope is to encourage self-care and wellness and provide skincare for those who are looking for products that target the skin concerns of those with melanin-rich skin, those who need to use halal products, and those who appreciate clean skincare. Our world is incredibly diverse and Flora & Noor believes our skincare should reflect that," said Karim.
