Automated Packaging Line

Since June 2016, an automated packaging line has taken place on Saint Thonan’s site (Brest area). This concept of automated putting in bags, especially developed for Lessonia, allows mass production from 10,000 to 1 million of printed sachets with the customers’s name and to work with a large number of dry materials like Lyocell, non-woven cotton, Black Oak Detox or Bio-cellulose.

In addition to its large production capacity (10 000 to 15 000 sachets per day), this method of packaging perfectly meets the hygiene and safety conditions of the masks manufacturing, but also insures very competitive manufacturing costs for Made in France.

Expanding Masks Portfolio

A second packaging line is already envisaged for Lessonia, allowing to enlarge the existing masks range.

Lessonia is European company which has the proficiency to:
  • Design products
  • Control the regulatory Product Information File
  • Manufacture serums or lotions
  • Customize packaging
  • Fill up the masks in its own factory

Lessonia took advantage of the latest technological innovations in cosmetology and make serums and lotions for impregnation, without addition of preservative. This is a real asset for this type of product, sometimes responsible for redness or itching, due to the large amount of product applied to the face.

About Lessonia

Lessonia draws its strength from its origins and its unique expertise in sourcing and processing of natural raw materials. Seaweed exploitation is an essential element of the natural heritage of the north coast of Finistere in Brittany, a unique site in Europe, characterized by many species of seaweed. Its business has gradually expanded as well as the ingredients offer, to include many varieties of flowers, fruits and minerals.
