Biesterfeld expands its long-term partnership with US manufacturer Carrubba Inc. for aromatic and botanical extracts, essential oils blends and waters, natural and synthetic fragrances and flavors, as well as odor absorbers. This extensive product portfolio is already being distributed throughout Europe. With immediate effect, the agreement will also cover distribution rights for Brazil.
Carrubba’s Portfolio of Odor Absorbers
The product portfolio comprises both oil- and water-soluble aromatic extracts used for perfume-free formulations. Custom-made extracts are available upon request. Biesterfeld is also marketing Carrubba’s portfolio of odor absorbers, known under the trade name DeoPlex®.
Odor absorbers neutralize malodorous smells of raw materials or minimize undesirable ones. They are used in a wide range of cosmetic applications, such as deodorants or foot creams as well as detergent and pet care applications. DeoPlex® can also be used for natural cosmetic formulations as it is also available as a USDA organic certified version.
