Decorative Cosmetics: Cloud Haze Cream Foundation by Fumei

This Cloud Haze Cream Foundation is a water-in-silicone foundation. It provides a silky, easy-to-apply, non-heavy skin feel with exceptional drying speed and a matte finish. Kobo’s BPA-500 and SP-10 create a natural blurring effect on the skin that minimizes the look of lines and wrinkles and illuminates the skin. SK-45-R is a “muted” pearl that gives a subtle radiance to the skin. Lucentite SWN is a gellant for the water to aid in stability. SF1256 is a combination of silicones to give the right slip and playtime during application.
