This aerosol styling mousse, which complies with CARB's 6% VOC mousse regulation, allows for "hands-free" application. BALANCE® CR acrylic fixative provides superior hold and humidity resistance, while CELQUAT® L-200 polymer enhances the formula with excellent wet comb, shine, and feel. This higher viscosity formulation provides foam that looks like “silky string” when dispensed from the can.
