Methyl Methacrylate Crosspolymer is a widely used ingredient in cosmetics and personal care. This compound helps form a film on the surface that it is applied to that feels good to the touch. It also controls the production of oil as it is a porous ingredient that has the capacity to absorb excess oil from the surface and prevent acne.
