Foot Cream 2 contains:

MERKUR 500 which is a white soft paraffin. This white petroleum jelly is a non-irritating and non-sensitizing mixture of refined hydrocarbons that appears as an odorless, white paste.
NAFOL 1618 S which is a emulsion stabilizer, viscosity increasing agent, co-emulsifier and opacifying agent.
