A new concept eyeshadow that consists of two separate phases and requires shaking to form a uniform liquid product. Product is applied with a foam wand applicator. Upon drying, Lipo® PE Base G-55 forms a non-cracking/non-peeling, flexible rub-proof film. This eyeshadow is easily removed with water.
