A creamy, blendable eye shadow that glides across the skin to deliver a wash of color. This formula features Sunflower Wax #258 and Rice Bran Wax #224 which provide maximum structure, stability and creaminess. Kester Wax K-60P #484 functions as a plasticizer, while Kester Wax K-24 #358 provides added slip and a silky after-feel. A formulation by Koster Keunen.
