Caroline Mabille has a Ph.D. in physico-chemistry and more than 15 years of experience in the personal care industry. She is currently Global Marketing Innovation Manager for Beauty Cleansing at Syensqo Novecare. Prior to this role, she held a Global Business Development position for Beauty Care and led from a business perspective, Syensqo’s platform of projects dealing with non-microplastic & biodegradable polymers. She also worked for more than 18 years in R&D including in management roles.
Mariví Ortiz-Suárez has a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from Cornell University and 16 years of industry experience in different areas. Mariví has worked in the Home & Personal Care market for the last 6 years, prior to this she worked as a formulator in Syensqo’s agrochemical laboratory and also as a scientist and manager of the Analytical Chemistry laboratory.
