Cyclopentadecanone, 3-methyl-. Acts as a fragrance ingredient. It has a very soft, sweet, musky odor with a warm animal tonality, reminiscent of the natural tonkin musk. It can be used to give elegant and warm animal notes and adds lift and diffusion to any perfume. Important for the reconstitution of natural musk. Contains no stabilizer. It shows tenacity for 2 weeks on a smelling strip. It is used in fine fragrances, shampoo, shower gel, soap, etc.
