SYNTRAN® PC 5100

Polyacrylate 21 (and) Acrylates/Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate Copolymer. SYNTRAN® PC 5100 by Zschimmer & Schwarz acts as a film former. It has been designed to impart hold performance for quick setting formulation such as hair styling aids. Its ability to set quickly under high humidity conditions makes it a viable alternative to current hair care resins. The reversible cross-linking achieved by the ionic associations imparts easy removability and the excellent holding power. In low VOC formulation, SYNTRAN® PC 5100 exhibits excellent gloss and curl retention. It is also recommended for skin care.
