Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethiconol (18%). BELSIL® CM 1000 by Wacker acts as a conditioning agent. It is a high-molecular, low-high viscosity, volatile blend. Exhibits excellent spreading ability. Imparts a pleasant and supple feel to skin. It forms a water resistant but breathable protective barrier. Improves skin elasticity & wet and dry combability. Prevents damage to the hair cuticles. Provides good substantivity and fixation of active ingredients. Used in hair care, skin care, hair-tip fluids and skin protection preparations. Also suitable for antiperspirants/ deodorants, color cosmetics, make-up, conditioners, hairstyling, shaving and sun care/ sunscreens. BELSIL® CM 1000 yields sleek and shiny hair.
