Stearyl Dimethicone. BELSIL® SDM 5055 VP by Wacker is a silicone wax. Provides a non-sticky and soft skin feel. Compatible with many cosmetic raw materials including oils, waxes, fatty alcohols and fatty acids. Offers high substantivity. Imparts enhanced water resistance and moisturizing benefits. Used in hair-, skin- and sun care products. BELSIL® SDM 5055 VP is also used in antiperspirants, deodorants, color cosmetics and shaving products.
