BELSIL® PF 100

Lauryl Phenylisopropyl Methicone. BELSIL® PF 100 by Wacker is a phenyl-modified, polyfunctional, gloss agent. It imparts a high level of sheen to hair and also leaves it feeling pleasantly soft to the touch and easier to comb. This ingredient enhances gloss and color brilliance. The sheen of hair oils can be given a particularly high boost by combining it with a silicone elastomer gel, such as BELSIL® EG 6000. It is virtually free of cyclic silicone oligomers. It can be used to make oil-based transparent formulations. BELSIL® PF 100 is used in hair care & hair styling products, lip balms and color cosmetics.
