BELSIL® OW 2100 DE

PEG-12 Dimethicone. BELSIL® OW 2100 DE by Wacker provides excellent conditioning effect with low dosage levels in formulation. In skincare formulation, it improves skin feeling and formulation stability as co-emulsifier in O/W systems. It can be used as a plasticizer to reduce the brittleness and exfoliate organic polymer in hair styling products. It offers improved silky smooth feeling and helps to form dense & stable foam and enhanced skin feel after washing. It is copolymer of polydimethylsiloxane and organic glycol. It shows good compatibility with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients such as water and alcohol. It is stable in water systems. BELSIL® OW 2100 DE is used in eye make-up, make-up foundation, sun care, shampoos, conditioners, styling gels, leave-on products, lotions, shaving creams and body washes.
