BELSIL® EG 6000

Dimethicone (and) Divinyldimethicone/Dimethicone Crosspolymer. BELSIL® EG 6000 by Wacker acts as a binder and thickening agent. It is a silicone copolymer network blended with volatile dimethicone. It offers pleasant sensation, shear thinning behavior, easy spreading and incorporation of pigments into formulations. Provides smooth, non-greasy, matte and silky skin feel. It adds cushiony feel to moisturizing creams, eye gels, foundations, concealers and BB creams. It thickens the oil phase of emulsions or anhydrous cosmetic formulations and acts as a binder in pressed powder cosmetics. BELSIL® EG 6000 is used in formulating skin care & color cosmetic, styling products, conditioners and deodorants. It is recommended for sun care, hair styling, eye- & lip-make-up and foundations. Meets ECL, ENCS, IECSC, Canadian DSL, PICCS, TCSI and REACH.
