BELSIL® DM 10

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by Wacker
Dimethicone. BELSIL® DM 10 by Wacker acts as an emollient. It is a linear, non-reactive and unmodified polydimethylsiloxane. Exhibits low surface tension and a high spreading coefficient. Imparts a hydrophobic, protective and breathable barrier to the skin. It minimizes stickiness and whitening. Due to their flexible polymer backbone, dimethicones have high permeability to gases (water vapor & oxygen), which allows respiration of the skin. It is recommended for use in eye- & lip make up and foundation. Used in antiperspirants/ deodorants, color cosmetics, shaving, skin care and sunscreens. It can be easily distributed on skin. It imparts soft emoliency to skin. BELSIL® DM 10 complies with REACH, ECL, ENCS, AICS, IECSC, DSL, PICCS, TSCA and TCSI regulations.
